Block of 10

- 10 session to use in 3 months however you want to use them, if that's one session a week or 2 etc.

Live Consultation - £40
60 minute 1:1 consultation to answer any questions you have regarding strength, mobility, nutrition, lifestyle and more. Follow up email support to answer additional questions.
