Hi, I’m Kirsty Powell, and I’m passionate about helping women, especially those going through pre- and menopause, experience the incredible benefits of strength training, yoga and mobility work. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and a background as an elite athlete in Judo, I’ve spent my life immersed in health, fitness, and nutrition to ensure I could compete at the highest levels. Now, my mission is to empower women, especially those in midlife, to take control of their health and feel strong, confident, and resilient. I was inspired to focus on women in pre- and menopause after witnessing my own mother struggle through this stage of life without the support she needed. I understand how difficult this transition can be — from fluctuating hormones to mood changes, fatigue, and physical discomfort. But through my own research and experience, I discovered that strength training can be a game-changer for women at this stage. It’s not just about building muscle; it’s about building confidence, enhancing quality of life, and taking control of our well-being.
